My husband and I purchased our third travel trailer here at QuinteRV and it was a great experience. We bought it in October and were able to get it out for one big trip before winterizing!! Marc, Jef, Randy and Doug were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Doug has been a lifesaver, we had some problems this season with the slide out, and we’re stuck a few times! However they came out to help us in a pinch and then we brought it in again just last week! Doug managed to get it fixed quick as a whip and we have not had any issues at all over this birthday weekend we got to celeb- a HUGE thank you to you DOUG for helping us in a time of need. What a place!! Yesterday durning a snow storm I was getting our trailer ready to go south. My trailer suffered a bit of damage to the wheel well. I phoned quinte rv and explained my situation. They had me bring the trailer right to them the very next day and Doug brought my camper right in for repair. I was sick to my stomach. Not only did they repair the camper, but I had it home the same night. I am very thankful for such great service, and loyalty from this company. I am so grateful for the help at quinte rv. Bought our new RV last year from Dan Hobbs. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing time (I thought they were open later, my mistake!), I said we could return the next day, but Dan would not have it. He offered us to look through all the units we wanted too and locked them up when we were done looking. Dan was great through the process, never made us feel pressured or under a timeline. Took the time to offer his pros and cons to what we were looking for, stayed way past closing time to answer questions. We agreed to come back the next day to discuss options if we were still interested. They offered a great deal on our trade in and made the process & paperwork seamless and stress free. Everyone we met in the office was very friendly. Picked up the trailer a few weeks later and Randy & Wayne (I think?) were super helpful with the explanations of how things worked and working with the hookup to my lifted truck. Followed up with Randy a few days later with some questions about the solar panel system and he answered my questions very promptly! I went back last week to purchase some things and was greeted by Wendy (although I didn't learn her name until today) and processed through with my parts for setting up my piping to the sewer at our new campground. Fast forward a few days-our TV stopped working, called the warranty number provided in the package, spoke to 3 people to find out that they only deal with US customers. I emailed Dan and asked him if he could assist, he quickly put me in touch with Wendy who gathered all of the information to make a warranty claim on my behalf. Returned to the store this morning to return a piece that wasn't needed and learned when I was processing the refund, that Wendy was actually assisting me (this was when I learned her name). She processed my transaction, once again, with amazing customer service, then advised me that she would check on my claim since I was there anyway. Turns out, the manufacturer had approved the claim that she submitted for me just two days ago, and gave me all of the necessary information to replace the TV. I have made some big purchases in my life, but a year later that sales person generally has no contact with me or remembers who I am without prompting. That does not happen here at Quinte RV. Dan responded to my email on a Saturday to help with the warranty issue. When I was in the store last week, they remembered the unit and my truck. I wish the rest of the places I deal with had such amazing people working for them. Thank you Quinte RV for continuing to give me an amazing customer experience!

Anyway, Randy listened to my concerns and had a few great ideas. One of them was to purchase a blue tooth break controller. I had no idea such a device was available. I was on the border of purchasing the trailer and he put the sale over the top. Marc Gilbert was extremely helpful in arranging financing for the trailer and gave me many options in relation to financing. He was flexible by allowing me to store my trailer at Quinte RV until I was able to pick it up. Randy Baldini gave a detailed delivery briefing on the trailer including safety, towing tips and the full operations outline. His communications skills were superior. All three of these individuals were a great team with a focus of what was best for me. Without a doubt, I would purchase a RV there again.

Walked in on a Friday close to closing time after the sales staff had all left for the weekend. Marc the sales manager was still more than happy to show us the unit we were interested in, was never pushy or overbearing at all. Trailer was already heavily discounted and he still offered more products and warranty for pennies. Signed on the spot. Fast forward 3 weeks, time to pick it up. Doug showed us every little detail of the trailer, how it works and what to do if it stops working, suffice to say the entire team went above and beyond to make it the single best dealership experience I've ever had, wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business there again and I fully intend on going back to get more accessories closer to spring time.

We had an electrical problem with our trailer on our way to Long Pointe Provincial Park. After having been to 4 others garages with no staff available, Randy and Mark took the time to look at our problem and come up with the answer. With no help on the way, traveling can become very stressful and awful. We will be ever grateful. Thanks!
